Arrowhead Premium Drinking Water & Talia Premium Drinking Water are Premium brands of 19 litres refill Jar Drinking Water; hygienically processed with highest standard of Quality Assurance Check and modern water processing equipment. Our distinctive niche and target markets are Big Corporate Organizations, Large Business Corporations, Big & Medium Size Schools, Malls, Hospitals & Big Residential Service Apartments and other large institutions.
We provide our water delivery service through our own distribution network throughout Lagos and also through our accredited vendors. If needed, we have arrangement for deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

Services
WATER DISPENSER SERVICING & REPAIRS: We recommend that you service your Water Dispenser Machine at least once a year in order for effective performance & durability. Servicing fee: FREE for Clients with 3 Dispensing Machines and above. Repairs: Quotes for Repairs & spares will be provided & paid by customer.
WATER DISPENSER SANITIZATION: We recommend that you sanitize your Water Dispenser Machine every 6 months or at least once a year in order to prevent bio-film or bacterial build up. Administrative fee: N1,000.00 per machine.
WATER DELIVERY: Once you become a member of the Oceanway Food Family, you will be assigned a dedicated Delivery Day and Delivery Driver who will visit you every week to replace any of your empty water bottles with full bottles. He will also service any additional requests that you have submitted to the head office at least 72 hours earlier. If however you do not take water regularly, i.e.(every week) then you will send us SMS or email a day before your dedicated Delivery Day to confirm any requests that you may have.
If you are unsure of how many bottles you would need to make sure that you don’t run out between deliveries, we can recommend a number for you which is based on the average consumption we have seen for homes or offices. However, we are certain that within a few weeks you will come to know how many bottles you need.
Once you receive your delivery, please sign our Delivery Note Slip or Invoices or Receipts as the case may be to ensure we have a confirmation of receipt so that we may ensure your account is accurately managed.
